Role Overview:
As an Independent Business Developer, you will play a critical role in expanding JAM-Forte Technologies Ltd’s market presence, driving revenue growth, and establishing strategic partnerships. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and can cultivate relationships across various industries. You will work closely with the Managing Director and other senior leaders to execute growth strategies that align with our mission and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with JAM-Forte’s core service offerings, including software development, hardware procurement, and IT networking solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand client needs, trends, and competitors, and leverage insights to recommend new business strategies.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by building strong relationships with key decision-makers across sectors.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and manage strategic partnerships with stakeholders, including other technology firms, distributors, and industry leaders, to enhance our service offerings and market reach.
  • Sales Strategy and Targeting: Work with the leadership team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and set achievable targets for growth.
  • Proposal Writing and Presentations: Create persuasive proposals and presentations for prospective clients, clearly articulating JAM-Forte’s value proposition and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Regularly track business development activities, provide detailed reports, and analyze metrics to refine strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development, hardware procurement, and IT networking solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High degree of self-motivation, independence, and ability to work remotely.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
