Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Country Manager in Rwanda at JAM-Forte Technologies Ltd. The Country Manager will oversee operations in Rwanda, manage local teams, develop business strategies, and ensure the growth of the company in the region. While the role is based in Rwanda, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT service management, business development, and team leadership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of website and app development, software development, and AI
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Fluency in English and French
- Understanding of the IT industry in Rwanda
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field
