Builders Pad Fellowship
A pad is a launch site, a place where things take off.
About the Program
Builders Pad Fellowship is a quarterly technology training initiative for secondary school students and early-stage university undergraduates (first and second year) who want to move beyond theory and start building real, usable products.
Each cohort gives young people hands-on, project-based training across four in-demand technology tracks: Mobile App Development, Web Development, Product Design, and Python for AI. Fellows don’t just learn how these fields work, they leave each cohort with working projects, a portfolio, and the confidence to keep building on their own.
We exist because talent shows up early, often before formal education systems are set up to nurture it. Builders Pad Fellowship meets young people at that critical stage between secondary school and university, when curiosity is high and the right guidance can shape the direction of an entire career.
